15th April 2025 | Join Medical Herbalist and Naturopath Sophie Barrett in this insightful webinar exploring how medicinal mushrooms can enhance fertility and reproductive health in both men and women, even in the face of common health challenges.
Infertility affects an estimated 48 million couples and 186 million individuals worldwide. While multiple factors contribute to fertility struggles, medicinal mushrooms offer a powerful, natural approach to hormonal balance, detoxification, and reproductive function.
This session will delve into the key bioactive properties of medicinal mushrooms, including their nutritive, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulating, and stress-reducing effects. Sophie will highlight how specific mushroom strains support male fertility; enhancing sperm count, motility, and testosterone levels, while also addressing female fertility by promoting ovulation, balancing hormones, and restoring the vaginal microbiome.
Additionally, we’ll explore how medicinal mushrooms help regulate the HPA axis and central nervous system, supporting resilience to stress, which can be an often-overlooked factor in reproductive health. Learn how to integrate these powerful fungi into clinical practice to enhance fertility naturally.
